Looking to stock up on beef? Buying a half or quarter share is a great option to ensure you always have access to tasty local beef! Our steers average 300-350lbs of packaged meat. For a half share you can expect 150-175lbs of meat and quarter shares you can expect 75-90lbs. Half shares may choose to complete a custom cut sheet (sent a few weeks before the scheduled butcher date) and quarter shares come with a standard mix of ground beef, steaks, and roasts.

We charge based on the final packaged weight, not hang weight and our price includes all the butcher fees. This means you don’t have to write a second check to the butcher when your meat is ready and you only pay for what you can actually use.

Our final weight price is $9.50/lb and is equivalent in price to $4.50/lb hanging weight. We charge a $200 deposit for quarter shares and a $300 deposit for half shares. The remaining balance is due at the time of pick-up.

These shares are for our December 16th butcher date and will be ready for pick-up within 2-3 weeks.
