W.T. Farms is owned and operated by Tessa and Wyatt Parks, two first-generation farmers in Southeast Minnesota.
We operate as a direct to consumer beef operation raising holstein steers from calf to butcher as well as producing Certified Organic hay for ourselves and sale.
We also offer custom hay services in the Northfield MN area for small to mid-sized farms.
Currently we are operating out of Sharing Our Roots Farm in Northfield MN where our animals have access to Certified Organic pasture and are part of a larger land transition from conventional commodity row crop farming to a resilient and regenerative farm landscape.

We strive to provide the best life for our animals in everything we do. We buy fresh calves from local dairies and raise them on pasture year-round after weening. Our animals may not be certified organic like our pastures and hay fields but we do maintain them as if they were.
Our pasture is all rotationally grazed and we practice in-field winter bale feeding to maximize our soil building potential.
