We have a quarter share in stock left over from our December butcher date ready for immediate pickup. The total share weight is 97lbs and is a mix of ground, steaks, and roasts. We only have one available at this time so don’t wait! Please plan to pick up in Northfield MN as we do not ship or deliver.
We charge based on the final packaged weight, not hang weight and our price includes all the butcher fees. This means you don’t have to write a second check to the butcher when your meat is ready and you only pay for what you can actually use.
Our final weight price is $9.50/lb and is equivalent in price to $4.50/lb hanging weight.
